NICE TRY BUT NO CIGAR -Sorry Marx!

“THE NEW ECONOMY ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ABYSS WILL BE A COMPLETELY NEW WORLD. IF HISTORY REPEATS, WE SHOULD SEE A NEW AGE OF ENLIGHTENMENT. IT WILL NOT COME EASY. THE BIRTH-PANGS WILL BE TREMENDOUS. “

Martin Armstrong's latest IBM Selectric Adventure

I’m a big fan of Martin Armstrong and his fascinating work exploring cycles in history, politics and humanity. His personal story and circumstances are fodder for another post…or a Clancy novel and future movie in the tradition of “the Firm”. Suffice it to say I’ve had a “Free Martin Armstrong” sticker on my ride for years (and if you research THAT rabbit hole I can promise you won’t be disappointed.)

“We are dealing with a political-bureaucracy of truly lethal ruthlessness that will hang on to every last thread of power. But it will nevertheless collapse of its own weight and inefficiency. Those who work for government will lose as they always have. This is just one reason Gold and the Dow rise together. SOCIALISM IS COLLAPSING AS DID COMMUNISM. NICE TRY – BUT NO CIGAR
-Sorry Marx!
I recommend printing Armstrongs latest ‘IBM Selectric Adventure”, curling up with an adult beverage of your choice, and reading the whole thing: http://www.martinarmstrong.org/files/Nice%20Try%20but%20No%20Cigar%2010-9-2010.pdf
